Choose Your Nirvana

Remember when, to be a fashionable altruist, all you had to do was sing about how you weren’t going to play “Sun City”?  Now we hashtag and trend  our modern shame and guilt about our fellow citizens for being out-of-step, out-of-touch and out-of-bounds. The truth, as far as I can tell, is that the only constant is change, and these are truly transitional times. So we give and take, are alternately heartened or dismayed, and The Faithful try to desperately hold on to some version of the never-changing pre-Apple Eden they were indoctrinated into, while the faithful just hope that Love wins out once in a while.
